Nothing ships
The Brain Sprinkles sells digital coloring books. Every product is a PDF file that you download and print at home. We do not post anything, there is no packaging, no courier and no tracking number. You will never be asked for a delivery address and you will never be charged shipping.
How you get your book
Your download is ready the moment your payment goes through. You will find it in two places:
- On the thank-you page shown immediately after checkout — you can download straight from there without leaving the site.
- In your order confirmation email, which arrives within a few minutes of your purchase.
Save the file somewhere sensible as soon as you get it. Your Downloads folder has a habit of eating things.
If your download does not arrive
Check your spam or junk folder first — automated emails with attachments and links often land there. If it is genuinely not there, email hello@thebrainsprinkles.com with your order number and we will resend it. There is no cost and no limit to this; if you lose the file in a year's time, write to us and we will send it again.
What you need
You need an internet connection to download the file, and a program that opens PDFs — every phone, tablet and computer has one built in. Because the files are reasonably large, downloading on a computer is usually easier than on a phone.
Printing
The pages are designed for A4 paper (210 × 297 mm) in portrait orientation. They print perfectly well on US Letter too — choose "fit to page" or "fit to printable area" in your printer settings and nothing will be cut off. Print a single test page before you print the whole book.
You can print your book as many times as you like, on whatever paper you like, for as long as you own it.
