Where are my books?

Your downloads never expire. If a file has gone missing, it is not gone — here is how to get it back.

Open your account and go to Orders. Every book you have bought is listed there with its download.

Or find the order confirmation email we sent you. The download link is in that email and it still works.

Still nothing? Email us your order number and we will resend the file. No time limit, no charge, no questions.

Files are large, so downloading on a computer is easier than on a phone.

Print them properly

Five minutes of setup and your pages come out the way they were drawn.

  • Print one test page first. Always. Before you commit the whole book to paper.
  • A4, portrait. That is what the pages are built for. On US Letter, tick fit to page and nothing gets cut off.
  • Turn off 'fit to margins' if your printer offers it — it shrinks the artwork and leaves a white border.
  • Thicker paper for markers. Standard printer paper is fine for pencils and crayons, but alcohol markers will bleed straight through it.
  • Slip a spare sheet underneath when using anything wet. Your table will thank you.

Show us your pages

This is the part we actually look forward to. Send us a photo of a page you have coloured and we will feature the ones that make us stop scrolling.

No filter needed, no good camera needed, a slightly wonky phone photo on a kitchen table is perfect. Tell us your name if you want to be credited, or stay anonymous — either is fine.
